Returnable and leftover material processing agent "Ririkon"

Returned concrete and leftover concrete that would become industrial waste are now used as subgrade material!

"Ririkon" is a processing material for returned concrete and leftover concrete that can be easily crushed by mixing it with returned concrete and leftover concrete. By adding this product and stirring, the surface of the cement particles is covered with fine particles of sand, preventing the dense coagulation that normally occurs within concrete and resulting in coarse granulation. As a result, it does not harden like regular concrete, making it easy to crush and allowing for easy reuse as recycled materials such as subbase material. 【Features】 - Can process not only leftover fresh concrete but also returned concrete with wash water. - Easy to handle as it can be directly sprinkled on returned concrete and leftover concrete and mixed with heavy machinery. - Causes "granulation" instead of the usual hardening, allowing for easy crushing and direct use as subbase material. - Safe to use as it is an inorganic processing material that does not contain harmful substances. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us. *We have released a video showing the processing, which can be referenced through the link below.

Return con granulation agent "Nissou's residual con treatment agent"

Quickly granulate return concrete for reuse as subbase material or backfill! Achieve environmental measures for ready-mix concrete plants at low cost!

The "Return Concrete Treatment Agent" is a high polymer that can be granulated for easy reuse by simply mixing it with returned concrete. 【Features】 ■ It can be granulated with almost the same amount of addition, unaffected by the temperature of the returned concrete or the amount of cement used. ■ It is an eco-friendly domestic product with low environmental impact. 【Instructions for Use】 1. Upon receiving notification that returned concrete has occurred at the delivery site, estimate the amount and determine the dosage. The standard usage is 200g (1 bag) for 0.25m³ of returned concrete. 2. Sprinkle the required amount of the treatment agent over the returned concrete that has been delivered. 3. Since returned concrete may have a high moisture content, adjust the amount of treatment agent accordingly. 4. Mix for about 5 minutes, checking the granulation, and then either pile it up or spread it out to dry. 5. If granulation is slow, add more treatment agent and continue mixing. 6. Store the granulated returned concrete away from rain. 7. Granulated returned concrete may stick together if left for a long time. In that case, gently break it apart with a shovel or similar tool for storage. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Must-see for those troubled by industrial waste disposal] Recycled material product "Ririkon"

Make it possible to reuse returned concrete and leftover concrete, which would otherwise become industrial waste, as subgrade material!

"Ririkon" is a processing material for returned concrete and residual concrete that can be easily crushed by mixing it with returned concrete and residual concrete. By adding this product and stirring, the surface of the cement particles is covered with fine particles of sand, preventing the dense coagulation that normally occurs within concrete and instead causing coarse granulation. As a result, it does not harden like regular concrete, making it easy to crush and allowing for its use as a resource for base materials and other applications. We will also provide information on how to use it based on actual inquiries. [Features] - Can process not only leftover fresh concrete but also returned concrete with wash water. - Easy to handle as it can be directly sprinkled on returned and residual concrete and mixed with heavy machinery. - Causes "granulation" instead of the usual hardening, allowing for easy crushing and direct use as base material. - Safe to use as it is an inorganic processing material that does not contain harmful substances. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us. *We have released a video showing the processing, which can be viewed through the link below.
